Instant Typing provides educational web-based software for measuring keyboard input velocity, character accuracy, and typing proficiency metrics. The service is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and professional self-assessment.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Deploy automated scripts, bots, macro recorders, or browser extensions intended to artificially inflate test scores.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineer web assets, or attempt unauthorized network penetration.
• Misrepresent generated skill certificates as officially accredited state licensing or university degrees.

4. Performance Certificates Disclaimer

Certificates generated by our client-side software reflect performance metrics calculated during individual unproctored testing sessions. While accurate to international 5-keystroke typing calculation standards, they are self-directed assessments and do not constitute proctored, notarized legal certification unless audited by an employer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware device or virtual input keyboard.

6. Modifications to Terms
